The price indicated herein is the basic price for (1) one module Base Kitchen Cabinet with ( 75cm to 90cm) Height x (60cm )Width/Depth x (60cm)Legth and (1) Hanging Kitchen Cabinet with( 75cm to 90cm) Height x (30cm )Width/Depth x (60cm) Legth . Client has option for 2 shelves inside
-The doors and carcass are made of 3/4 melamine Marine Plywood board.
-The hinges and other mechanism are standard soft touch.
- A cabinet can be increased in length up to 20 cm without any changes in price for every 2 standard 60 cm or lower length cabinets combination.. However any reduction in depth/width and length will have no change in price as well..
-The price for for drawer cabinet( 2 or 3 drawers) will be the same with the swing door if combined with 1 or more swing door cabinet purchase as well..
-The minimum purchase is 2 cabinets. The swing door has the option for 2 doors or 1 door.
-If the hanging cabinet height adjustment would be half or less than 1 meter, then it would be pro-rated, that 2 hanging cabinets with that size will be equivalent to one unit price of cabinet.
-The 20 cm size adjustment option for each cabinet in length is to ensure the whole modular kitchen cabinets would accurately maximize the available space of the area to be installed.
-A standard 2 meter length of Modular Kitchen could possibly be installed with (2) 60 cm length cabinets and (1) 80 cm cabinet both for base and hanging cabinets. It could therefore possibly comprise of 3 to 6 units of cabinets with flexibility on size to fully maximize the area but still with a standard price for each cabinet.
-The Modular Kitchen Photo is an example on how to estimate the number of cabinet units one needs for a kitchen. This is 1.8 meters length starting from the refrigerator. It is composed of 2 base cabinets each with a 60 cm length and depth and therefore with a total price of P25,600 ( 2 unit x P12,800) . One is a swing door type and the other is a 3 layers drawer cabinet type. It has also 2 hanging cabinets with 1 meter height 60 cm length but only 40 cm in depth.. The other hanging cabinet height is only 60 cm in height. It would still therefore consist of 3 hanging cabinets for a total of P37,500 ( 3xP9,500).
